The Arts at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½

ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ embraces a bold vision for the integration of the arts into all facilities and offerings for patients, visitors, and staff.

Art Program

With nearly 2,400 works of art on display, the Art Program's goal is to create environments that support the patients' healing and well-being, provide comfort and inspiration to their families, and offer relief to the complex and challenging work of the staff.

Art can be experienced in ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ facilities across the Bay Area in:

  • In-patient units
  • Public spaces available to patients, family members, caregivers, staff, and visitors
  • Areas dedicated to staff
  • Outdoor sculptures

Art for Health

The Art for Health program brings creative projects to patients, visitors, and staff as a respite to relieve stress and lift their spirits. Art facilitators provide caring guidance, allowing participants to explore their creativity while using a wide variety of art supplies, including paint, pastels, and collage materials.
