Ronny Suwignjo

Vice PresidentÌýÌý– Patient Care Services
Ronny Suwignjo is a seasoned healthcare executive with a distinguished career focusing on the integration of finance, hospital operations, and process improvement. ÌýWith a solid background in healthcare finance and a deep understanding of broad hospital operations, Ronny brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his role as the Vice President, Business and Clinical Services for Patient Care Services at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½.Ìý In this role, Ronny acts as a divisional finance leader, business partner, clinical service administrator, and strategic advisor to the Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive.
Ronny is responsible for business strategy, staffing operations, Inpatient access, throughput, efficiency, and performance analytics, ensuring the division’s ongoing financial and operational success in fulfilling its patient care’s priorities. ÌýIn addition, Ronny is accountable for leading and driving the following clinical service objectives forward: Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Function Testing Lab, Bronchoscopy, Acute Care Rehabilitation services, Safe Patient Handling, Clinical Nutrition, and Spiritual Care.Ìý
With over 25+ years of financial and operational leadership experience in hospitals and complex academic health systems, Ronny’s role emphasizes the integration of strategic program development and performance analytics, connecting the dots between finance and operational excellence to achieve the broader organization goals. Ìý
Prior to his role at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½, Ronny served as Business Partner and Strategic Advisor to the CFO and COO at one of the largest cancer programs in the U.S., the Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital, where he spearheaded revenue capture improvement and workforce productivity optimization to expand clinical services and improve outcomes.ÌýÌýÌýÌý
Ronny holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Sciences in Operations Research, and Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and System Engineering from the Ohio State University. ÌýHe is an active member of American College Healthcare Executives and Healthcare Financial Management Association.Ìý
Jonathan Ching
MBA
Director of Finance & Business Operations StrategyÌý– Patient Care Services
Jonathan Ching serves as the Director of Finance & Business Operations Strategy for Patient Care Services at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½. In this pivotal role, he is charged with establishing and implementing strategic priorities related to finance, business, capital, and operations for the Patient Care Services division. His responsibilities include developing and managing the division’s budget, conducting thorough financial analyses and forecasting, maintaining the cost accounting model, and crafting comprehensive business plans.
In addition to his strategic duties, Jonathan ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations, encompassing personnel management and support services linked to procurement, contracting, financial transaction processing, and other essential business affairs.
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he double-majored in Molecular and Cell Biology and Cognitive Science. He furthered his education by earning an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Outside of his professional commitments, Jonathan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, often exploring the scenic beaches of Half Moon Bay and discovering the many treasures of the Bay Area.
Debbie Hsieh

Director of Performance Analytics & ReportingÌý- Patient Care Services
Debbie Hsieh'sÌýprimary focus is on providing reporting and analytic function to Patient Care Services. This includes working closely with IT leadership of SHC participating providers to implement the capability to support the various data requirements of the organization; working with business line leaders and senior management to understand business requirements and develop the various levels of strategy and the data and analytic capabilities needed to turn data into decisions.Ìý Her analytic team supports Nursing Labor Analytics, Advanced Practice Provider Utilization, Clinical Trials, Nursing Research, Ambulatory Workforce Optimization Initiatives and various ad-hoc analytic needs from the PCS leaders. Debbie is committed to proactively and innovatively meet challenges and leverage opportunities posed by dynamic market/organizational priorities, customer needs, and developments in medical care.ÌýÌý
Feroza Safi

Senior Business Manager – Patient Care Services
Feroza SafiÌýis the Senior Business Manager for Patient Care Services (PCS) at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½. She oversees the coordination of procurement, contracts, and financial transactions to support PCS operations. She also leads the PCS Acquisition Service Team (PAST) in providing operational support across the division.
With a strong background in healthcare management, Feroza ensures smooth coordination across key services to support the goals of Patient Care Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Corporate Management and an MBA from California State University, East Bay.
Recognized for her achievements, Feroza received the Financial Women of San Francisco scholarship in 2018 and actively supports women in finance. A Bay Area native, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking for family and friends.
