NOTE: ÌýFor LMD (Low Microbial Diet), eliminate berries and choose non-berry fruit. For lactose-free diet, choose lactose-free yogurt.
Ingredients:
12 cups fresh strawberries (and/or blackberries)
2 8-ounce cartons vanilla yogurt
Ground nutmeg
½Ìýcup granola
¼Ìýcup brown sugar
½Ìýcup toasted coconut
½Ìýcup toasted sliced almonds
Cooking Directions:
- Remove stems from berries. Rinse the berries in cold water and drain well. Transfer the berries to 12 individual bowls, or one large serving bowl for guests to serve themselves.
- Top with vanilla yogurt sprinkled with ground nutmeg, granola, brown sugar, coconut, and sliced almonds. Or let guests build their own berry sundaes.
