Per Serving:Ìý 120 calories, 2.5g fat, 19g carb, 2g fiber
Ingredients:
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
2 ½Ìýcups chopped fresh vegetables such asÌýbroccoli, carrots, green onions and red peppers
â…“Ìýcup water
â…“Ìýcup grated parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions:
- Combine chicken broth, uncooked orzo pasta and â…“Ìýcup water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped fresh vegetables. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese.
