Application Process

Interested applicants must complete ALL of the following:

1. Enrollment in theÌý

2. Submit the following required documents throughÌý:

  • NMS Code 625769
  • Your personal statement outlining career goals, areas ofÌýinterest, and reasons for applying to the residency program at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½
  • Your Curriculum Vitae
  • Official School of Pharmacy transcript of records sent directly from the school
  • Three references using the standardized template in PhORCAS submitted directly by the reference writer

3. Complete the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ online application process:Ìý

  • AccessÌý
  • Create an account
  • Under "Search", enter "R2442043", and click " Search"
  • Follow the instructions on the website
  • Under the resume section, please attach your Curriculum Vitae
  • When finished, click submit

4. For consideration, the online application and all supporting documentation must be received byÌýFriday, January 3, 2025 at 11:59pm PST. Early submission is helpful.

On-Site Interview

After all application materials have been reviewed, selected applicants will be contacted for an interview conducted in February 2025. The date of the interview is negotiable based on candidate and interview panel schedules. The candidate is required to give a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation.
