Stanford Cancer Survivorship Program

The Cancer Survivorship Program provides resources and clinical care to people who have completed their cancer treatment. ÌýWe connect cancer survivors with leading clinicians specializing in primary care, rehabilitation, supportive services and specialty care with the goal of restoring health.

Cancer Survivorship Program

More people than ever before are surviving cancer today thanks to advances in detection, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up in cancer care. And many live with cancer as a chronic condition. At Stanford Medicine Cancer Center, we have a team of specialists brought together to support and treat cancer survivors and to empower and educate survivors and their care partners.

We created the Cancer Survivorship program because we know that for survivors and their loved ones, the cancer journey extends beyond the treatment process. We strive to offer customized survivorship care as an extension of your cancer treatment. At ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½, we are always looking for ways to improve your physical and emotional health.Ìý

Clinical Trials

Clinical trials are ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ studies that evaluate a new medical approach, device, drug, or other treatment. As a ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ patient, you may have access to the latest, advanced clinical trials.

Open trials refer to studies currently accepting participants. Closed trials are not currently enrolling, but may open in the future.

MEDICAL RELEASE

Please fax the Medical Record Release Form to your new patient coordinator. The medical release form is an authorization form for external facilities to release medical records to ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½. Ìý
