Sound baths are based on ancient healing methods that help promote deep rest and relaxation. A sound bath is like a deep tissue massage. The benefits can include improved sleep, less stress and anxiety, and relief from chronic pain. It can also give you a renewed sense of well-being and calm. The sound bath starts with gentle breathing, followed by a guided meditation with the deep healing sounds of the sound bowls. The sounds help your mind slow and the body rest and heal.
